Applications for Disaster Unemployment Assistance (DUA) are available for those who were impacted by wildfires and straight-line winds that occurred on March 14, 2025 through March 21, 2025 in Cleveland, Creek, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma, Pawnee and Payne counties. The deadline to submit a claim for DR-4866-OK is July 21, 2025. Applications submitted after that date will be considered untimely unless the individual provides good cause for filing after the deadline. All individuals must file an unemployment insurance claim at https://oklahoma.gov/oesc/individuals.
